When available, we offer these materials to families affected by Type 1 diabetes to promote understanding. Some books are purely for enjoyment, but all feature characters living with T1D. This cookbook contains dozens of wholesome recipes that are diverse, delicious and easy to make—taking the challenge out of meal planning! For those with celiac disease, the gluten-free recipes are identified, and some recipes include notes on how they can be prepared in a gluten-free way.
